Forts/Fortified Lines What is the effect produced on troops when they are inside fortified lines?

The same as forts, except a slightly lower protection modifier Units garrisoned in fortified lines.
I'm not happy about the Scottish Government who want to fortify even more foods with their version of Vitamin D, surely we can source our own if we want it. Chemically produced Vitamin D will be no better than most of the other chemically produced products...

George - Well chemically, its a very simple molecule and its identical really to what you make in your skin, so I don't think there's any reason to think that it would be any different .

Silly question, and I did look thru the manual for this- what is the difference between creating a fortified zone using AP points and just letting the unit fortify on its own? 1) Is the fortified zone = to 1, 2, 3, 4 2) Will units positioned there still...

A fortified zone is not a fortification by itself but will help you build fortifications in the hex to have a fortified zone in a hex ....
Or beyond level 2.
You need to have a fortified zone in a hex for the hex to go beyond level 3.
I was looking at the ingredients on the back of some bags of pasta the other day and realized that more often than not ferrous sulfate is the third ingredient. This includes my favorite local organic brand. Does anyone have a good suggestion for non fortified...

Just a heads up.
I don't know if rice is considered posta.
It looks like most rice's are enriched too.
They are not enriched with iron and are more nutritious anyway .
Try the quinoa pastas normally available in health food stores .

Yes, "fortified" is another word for "modified." Versabond is a good, general purpose, entry level.
Specifically regarding the to-hit attack bonus of sneak attacks, I assume the following. Can anyone verify? 1) I DO get the sneak attack to-hit bonus against boss-mobs with high fortification...I just don't get the sneak attack damage...as it's subsequently...

We as players do not see this roll....
Roll for bypassing fortification.
We as players "see" this roll.
Roll for Displacement/Blur/Concealment.
I *think* it works like this, but strictly from anecdotal evidence: 1 .
I've tried figuring this out for myself.

Total wheat flakes 3/4 cup for 2 points Kashi GoLean is 2 pts per 1/2 cup and packs a protein wallop as well .
The serving is 1/2 cup.
I use Kelloggs All Bran and I like it.
