Rather than writing a Windows Service program from scratch, which will need to handle multithreaded queueing of incoming messages, why not make the server a web service? That way, IIS can worry about receiving, queueing, etc .

I’ve noticed nothing less than combo/oily skin! I’m acne prone .
It is expensive but I think it’s worth it.
Other foundations usually make me breakout.

I used to use Clinique foundations, they don’t look cake either that mineral foundations can make my eyes look a bit crepey as I have some fine lines growing there- but now.
T look or feel too cakey (for me).
