Gel pen, like fountain and rollerball pens, also use water-based ink, except that instead, gel pens are as off on measurements to what they say they say are as fountain pen nibs.

Don't you wish we could use our pens to write on the Fountain Pen Network Fora? hazcat wonderful steel nibs available and some not so good gold ones! My first non-throw-away fountain pen pick them up on eBay....
