Is it a violation of the freedom of speech to make it illegal to blatantly lie about history?
and if it's a violation, does it promote freedom or if not...

Should freedom of speech be legal? In my opinion, there should be no freedom of speech; you should be able to be prosecuted for what you say. Freedom of speech is a bad idea.

Does freedom of speech exist in the UK? I live in America and I can talk trash about the president and not get penalised for it. (Not that I would.) But, if you talk trash about the Queen or Prime Minster would you be penalised? I was just wondering.

Not functionally.
There's a big difference between websites putting in rules about what we can and cannot say and the government taking down the websites because of this, against the wishes of the site's administrators .
