I have managed to get a UPS Shipping calculator working in PHP. I now found out that the standard shipping from UPS is capped at 150lbs. For anything over 150lbs, I need to ship via freight.
Has anyone ever coded a Freight Calculator with UPS? The calculator...

Why wouldn't you just get a UPS API account and request up-to-date rates directly from UPS?
I've got a solution for this on Magento - it will allow products over 150lb to be split up according to a maximum weight .

Can we restrict that Freight Order should not contain more than a specified weight when it is being created against ECC Orders automatically. So that freight order does not accept ECC orders after its weight capacity is reached.

I would take a look at the FUBR (Freight Unit Building Rule) to see whether you can control the maximum weight per Freight Unit/Order with the Split Quantity.

Always been expedited freight so that means I turn away a lot of freight.

I've been trying to do some research on this subject because mainly me and others are clashing about this.
From what I've been told, CSX apparently has 80mph track for freights down in Georgia.

O.k now i know its china (Harbor Freight 9000k) but anyone running one of these? Currious on feedback from anyone running one. For 259.00 on a 9000k almost have to try it.

Freight agent jobs are seriously declining;there is such a move right now in selling "freight broker training" for thousands of dollars that basically tell you what forms you need to submit to what federal agency and certain laws needed to comply with...
