I was surprised to see that BBC Parliament was rebroadcasting a French language channel's coverage of the French presidential election without subtitles so you had to be a fluent French speaker to understand what was going on (l'm not). I would have thought...

It is not Eclipse that needs to be changed to enter French characters, but your operating system (probably set after my OS current setup) and have no problem with any French character.

Does anyone know (like in tried and succeeded) if I can have D2009 both in English and in French?
It's not so much to generate French or English applications but to have the IDE available in either language to take screen shots and make demos in French...
