Hi folks,
One dimension that is not mentioned in the catalogs is the thickness of the handle. I haven't been able to find this information anywhere, and I've bought and sold several knives just to find out that the handles are thicker than my preference...

But I would advise to save up for either zdp stretch or a cheaper sprint run for the manix.
Save up and get the green FRN Stretch.
Compared to knowing you don't have the less desired one .

I received my d'fly to go with the other BRG ZDP-189 . I have an endura on the way and I think that's all the BRG ZDP I've seen. I got them all sharpened at 24 degrees and they'll all fillet paper. The Stretch gets the most use around the farm and I'm...

One of the best steels out right now between the Stretch and Delica with zdp-189 available .
