What's better for fuel mileage cool fuel? or hot fuel? I don't know the answer to this one. I am hoping that all the fuel coolers sold do give better mileage as they claim.
I know the vp can get too hot under loads, heavy towing and so on, esp. on hot...

Now when you fire it up and you hav 14 PSI or greater the fuel cools it down fairly quickly because the over flow valve ....
VP cooling blower w/ heat sink on top, Isolated cooler fuel filter, Hytech trans pan, Alcoa wheels iron around it.

Need a recommendation specs on a low pressure fuel pump to use with a fuel cell. I'm going to be using a fuel accumulator/swirl pot and use a stock high pressure fuel pump after that, but need a low pressure pump to lift the fuel out of the tank and go...

A fuel cell, mounted in the trunk area increases the polar moment and has a bigger affect on the car's balance as it empties....
The only and between the axles.
I can think of a lot of reasons not to use a fuel cell and only one reason to use one.

I built a buggy using a 2006 gsxr 600 engine. The bike used an INTANK fuel pump and did not require a return fuel line I am using an in line fuel pump and will require a RETURN fuel line to the fuel tank.
Can anyone tell me the best way to install a return...

Basically have a 91 Hatch with a OBD1 motor. Need the flexible Fuel Hose that goes from the fuel line to the fuel filter and the banjo bolt to attach it to the fuel filter.

This is for the fuel line manifold, under the intake manifold to the injectors.
Has anyone used a different fuel line spec other than OEM? Subaru is charging an arm an a leg for 3 inches of rubber hose fuel line. Think they wanted 22 to 25 bucks for each...

The real Pain comes when separating rubbers back on was also tough as you can't use any tools that can scar up the fuel lines, plus the fuel lines are easy to bend if applied....
Electrical harness out of the way to access the fuel lines.

Chevron makes a "Pro Gard" fuel injector cleaner, and as we all know, the highly regarded "Techron" fuel system cleaner. What is the difference between these two cleaners? Do both contain PEA, just at different concentrations?

They also had 3M fuel system cleaner on the shelf Redline SI-1 or BG44k...
One was 30 cents more than the other.

I have had much less success with looped returns than with a fuel return to the tank.
Yes, and it's probably a good idea to do it because it will be hot fuel that won't need stay.
