I have had the code twice the fuel pump is not....
Need to test the fuel pump to be sure.
Or you have a leak or clog somewhere in the fuel system.
P0089 code eh? Typically means the fuel pump is not performing up to spec.

Here's a little information on what's happening to some of the "non-current" fuel lines (some even on 2009 or later rigs). This is not due to any defect- to put it simply, these lines were never designed to carry the levels of Ethanol that we're seeing...
