As the name suggests, Cadillac tossed the traditional twist-off fuel cap into the garbage bin and replaced...

Could have been a faulty one, but that's exactly the point .
It wouldn't have to and I was unable to get fuel.

It's been a few years, and I'm still happy that RE-FUELING is gone. Re-fueling is inherently dangerous. I always cringed when a driver gunned it prior to the fuel hose being disengaged. The teams obviously kept searching for ways to make a pit stop faster...

Thankfully I've been reading some other posts so I didn't call it a "gas" station.
I have under 500 miles on my first TDI, and had a little scare at my first fill up. The sticker on the pump read "Low Sulfur Diesel" with the usual disclaimer about not...

There....
The taxing to the next station to fuel up.
But you will NOT find pumps with off-road fuel that are not labeled as such.
Without going out to that station, sampling their fuel, and running the lab tests, all I can say everywhere.

Husky runs lean after re-fueling My 242xpg runs like a trooper but after running empty and refueling it seems to run lean.
It starts fine hot or cold but after refueling can be hard to get started and once it's running it idles fast and stumbles on acceleration...

Screams" out of fuel, or does the trouble occur after refueling with out starving out of fuel? Hows your fuel filter? I am running it until it quits from no fuel - it didn't scream but revs did rise of fuel vaporisation....

I'm sure others have had this problem. By original Bronco did not, I could fill at full rate with no problems. But with my new one I have to fill it really slow or it will up-chuck.
Anyone know of the cause or cure for this slightly annoying problem.

It just seems to give the fuel a straighter shot down.
I have found that if I turn the fuel nozzle upside down it helps eliminate or keep the splashing to a minimum.
It is more than just "slightly annoying".

As soon as I got into town(2.5km away meter on the coils??? As much as I want to get into... .
Next would be fuel filter go into town and top the tank off with new premium fuel.
I'd start with the BGC just to eliminate it as a possible cause .
