Ok I know I am running my limit if newbie questions. But filling up the gas tank I can't set the tab to let the gas just fill up the tank. If I squeeze the handle it keeps shutting off because it acts like the tank is full. And the tank was very empty...

Novice desires a deeper understanding of AEB fueling and boost related limitations having just read that the maximum duty cycle of the injectors in an AEB setup is too small for real turbo performance makes me want to ask a few questions:
has anyone swapped...

It's not just boost, just the management system....
They just run the correct setup (injectors, fuel pressure, tune) to deliver the proper fuel for that volume of air.
Not including the K04 as a big turbo) without running out of fuel.

Do you folks place the bikes on their center stand to fuel up?
Does it make that much of a difference? 1/2 gallon, 1/4 gallon, etc.

The Bonny has the fuel filler offset to the right side.

My wife can't fuel her 2010 128i anymore. The pumps keep kicking off after less than a half-gallon. Multiple stations (shell, mobil, 76, cotsco). We're in CA, BTW, so the vapor recovery pumps can't really...

The next time I refueled it is almost impossible....
Solution was to pump the gas slowly was that the fueling area was on a slight incline so the car was not completely level.
Tom I've had this issue intermittently in a non-BMW.
If possible.
