I've never used Colemak, so I can't comment not averse to learning new keyboard....
I will find Qwertz on every PC and Laptop, so I do not have to have an "awkward" feeling everytime I use a different PC because it does not "my" Layout.

I have found that you can map Alt+{h,j,k,l} within it Goes to a Definition.
