Are there any baises for a funds-of-hedge funds similar to that of hedge fund indices? Knowing that hedge fund can bias future reported returns - surivorship, selection, backfilling, etc.. Does Fund of funds have the same biases?

If you are a US citizen living in the UK it's generally a bad idea to invest in mutual funds as the US will get you under PFIC rules and HMRC will get you under offshore non-reporting funds rules ie no capital gains exemption and you'll be taxed at your...

Target-maturity zeros mutual funds:
BTTNX (2010), BTFTX (2015), BTTTX-maturity high-yield ETFs: BSJC (2012),...,....
However, this may only opportunistic purchases.
There are a whole bunch of target-maturity bond mutual funds, CEFs and ETFs.

Is it unnecessary, or even a bad idea, to buy both an international and a global funds from the same fund company managed by the same managers? The funds must have a large overlap?

For my purpose I think of both mutual funds as one fund.
To buy both an international and a global funds from the same fund company managed by the same in my taxable account and ARTGX in my Roth.
