Is there any free play or space between the part of the front brake lever that contacts the master cylinder piston and the piston?
If there is indeed a gap there (and allowing your lever to move back unhindered, thus tripping the switch), I'd guess that... .

Wow this bike just wont let me be
Ok so this is a new issue. When I start it sometimes, not all the times... it will shut off.. now it shuts off just like if you are hitting the kill switch. The neutral light stays on, gauges are on and lights are on....

You just have to jumper them one at a time until you isolate the ... .
After the contacts warm up they make better contact and the issue clears .
A defective ignition switch,tip over sensor,kickstand switch or kill switch etc .
I think that it is electrical.

I have a 44R Grey w/black balistics and a 42L with Grey and Silver Balistics.
Both are brand new, never worn on the road and still have all the tags on them. Also have the hip pads and back competition back protector. Protector is only good for the 44...

I actually just removed the magnet inside sensor to disable it and seemed to work, was able to bypass that and clear all codes .

Are you saying, under moderate load the bike will occasionally slip out of second gear? Yes, most of the time it is under moderate load .
