Gain Weight

Do fat gain shakes exist? I think both take a lot of hard-work, but gaining weight feels like the toughest challenge in my I guess losing weight:P I'll go with gaining weight while trying to lose it. The last 2 months, but I gained about 20lbs in the 3 months preceding that. How important is weight gain... to gaining strength? Gaining weight I know the obvious way to gain weight is to eat more, but no matter what i eat... , i can't see any change. Anyone know how to gain weight in a healthy manner. I increased my calorie intake from 2800 to 3200 about two and a half weeks ago, but I've only gained 1 pound. Any thoughts would be appreciated? And I have already gained 8lbs. I am hoping that most of it is water weight but JEEZ!! With my last pregnancy I gained 16lbs during the entire pregnancy. I am 13weeks as of yesterday pregnany and I have gained 5lbs. Initially I gained 10lbs, but I think it was water weight. I lost jessica simpson.
