I just ran a check on the latest Gallup Poll and Romney is leading OBama 47 to 44 percent. The margin of error is typically 3% so I won't put too much stock in it, yet.
We'll see how Romney's pick for VP affects the polls after he picks someone.

It is interesting how they play this off as a dead heat. If you read the last lines of the story two strong facts are very positive for Romney. He leads among independents by 10 points and leads among likely voters by 6 points. Registered voter polls ...
