Any real solution for the slow /stopped animations for doors, magic and fire in Oblivion for PS3 or XBOX 360? I got the suggestion of defragging the hard drive of my XBOX 360 to solve the issue, but nothing for the PS3. Any ideas?

I have ps3 250gb slim EVERY other game works FINE no lags or anything else....
The PS3 version 5 mins a screen with "Disc reading error" message appears.
All I can suggest is delete the game data and let the disc re-install it.

In my opinion it is a much better game than oblivion.
Could also look into Final Fantasy XIII aside from the odd framerate drop .
Scrolls IV: Oblivion on PS3 isn't bad and its cheap.

I'm not sure how i feel. tbh i feel like oblivion was larger and more diverse than skyrim. literally in skyrim all it is is grey and brown everywhere. on the other hand oblivion was colorful and at times dull but still very vivid. anyone feel me?

Oblivion was the better game, places felt more "realistic" to me i never got to finish oblivion....
If it wasn't for the GOTY vampirism cure glitch, I might have gone back to play it recently .
