Did you ever drink water out of the garden hose when you were a kid? The water tasted great when I was out playing and was real thirsty. I kind of miss it...

Hi,
First post here, be gentle
I've got an old wheel rim, I want to fix it to my outside wall to hang my garden hose off.
It's a brick wall.
What would be the best way to attach it to the wall, using dynabolts or screwbolts?
Thanks.
