I always reccommend people start....
You don't need to buy a lot to start a garden...some seeds and a watering can will do and maybe some compost to work into the soil.
Like many things, gardening can be as expensive or as cheap as you make it.

Is BPP "Boxes per person"? "Box-person percentage"? What? Is it B/P, P/B, P*B? I'm not following people visualize EBs in terms....
