My OH is always raving about the roast pumpkin he had in Australia when he was visiting family.
I have tried butternut and Jack O Lantern pumpkin (not the best for cooking I know) but while he likes them it's not the same or as good as the stuff he had...

In an area like ours, container gardening-effective by-products that can be good soil amendments for a garden - rice straw + rice hulls moisture in 110 degree full sun is pretty much the death....
