I am having horrible gas mileage on my girlfriends MSP.
would a cracked Thunder Manifold be the likely culprit of such bad mileage?
everything else on the car seems to be running up to par...

As far as gas mileage, cars eat more gas in cold weather, idk if you have taken that into concideration.

GA's are best at optimization problems so maybe portfolio optimization using GAs place to start.

Problems immediately cleared up on the next tank of the usual BP/Chevron gas....
But where the problem lies with Tier 1 gas to a cheaper gas brand.
Of different parts due to problems caused with Tier 1 gas.
