I just brought home my 9mm Guardian from a LGS (ordered through Davidsons), it looks great!!

Only other thing i could think of is try to update java on your system.... .
What browser are you using? Have you cleared your browser's cache and cookies or tried a different browser? It that error in a popup window? Thats often a java/javascript problem .
