I went to my state's board and someone had asked this question and said this:

I suggest that a mandatory feature should be in place within everyone's profile and it is RELIGION, thus letting us know where our Folk's faith lies within Skadi.
This will also help prevent trolls from sneaking around or weed them out.

Of the things principals can search applitrack for is Ethnicity and Gender.
