Does it really fit the 5.56 mag? esp magpul mags? and does anyone know where to get rounds and what kinda grain i should be shooting. thanks again gentelmen

Sig 556 mags work good with no mods needed I use HK mags for my .458 and they'll hold 11 rounds... .
H110 is messier.
RL-7 or H110 both work well.
Hornady FTX bullets and the remington HPs are good buys .
You have to trim the front of the magazine.
It fits fine.
