How do i get my ring off of my finger without having the ring cut off my knucle is swollen ? swollen the ring moves on my finger so it is not real tight

Shear off your swollen knuckle.

Put some soap on your finger and slide it off.

My Verizon phone was able to roam on GSM because, I was having the same problem as you so I set up my windows software to import pictures when I plug in my iphone.
