Discussions about getting pup

Low gain bridge pup high gain neck pup... has anyone done this? I have and well... sound pretty good when in the middle position. the volume is good but but going from both pup to the neck the volume is much louder. The transition isn't so bad when going from bridge to both. any thoughts? Tone wise I like it. Has ...
