I bought an R3 as a present for the wife, however, the accompanying letter was addressed to me.
My suggestion is add a field during the ordering process into which you could type the name of the gift recipient so that the Christopher Ward letter is addressed...

Well what are the couple like? Do they stay in standard 3* hotels or do they only stay in 5*? I'd just give them the cash and let them make their own mind up on where to spend it tbh .
