Suggestions for unique gifts? I'll be leaving for a short, somewhat impromptu WDW vacation this Saturday. My mother has very graciously agreed to look after my FIVE pets, which include a 2.5 lb puppy with a broken paw who's still working on house training...

We're headed to a wedding overseas and want to bring a number of gifts to the bride's family. We'd love for these to be unique, preferably relate to North Carolina, and possibly hand-made.
