Hey all, Just wanted to say howdy from Poipu, Kauai.
My wife decided to surprise the heck out of me and fly us here for my 50th birthday. (23rd) It ablsolutely blew my mind when I found out.
We've been to Maui (Kihei) before and this is totally different...

It's official. I'm going to Hawaii for a bit more than a week in March. I've never been to Hawaii, so I have some research to do. On my wish list:

It does not have a shady beach but has deep water ... .
We have been there too.
Also the Cozumel is roughly the same size as PP .
It might be a little mall and too little to do for kids .
However, we did not take our kids.
We stayed at PP twice and loves it.
