Vomiting Undigested Food Hi,
I have an older mutt (lab mix - 40lbs) that occasionally throws up undigested food. It usually happens about every 3 weeks or so. When it does, I fast him for 24 hours and then he's fine again. Doesn't act sick in any other...

I suffered from the exact same symptoms weekly (and really thought I was alone in this!) since I was a small child. Rotten Egg Burps (the WORST part) followed by nausea, severe cramps, vomiting, diarrea (diarrhea) , the works. Only after throwing up everything...

I threw out the old vomit something growing on the vomit caused it.
Each the lunch container it smelled so bad, it was really rancid .

The doc looked at her vomit (i brought the bucket) he said bile was normal.
Be the milk.,,, we give it to him, he settles down, the bug reacts with it and causes him to vomit to the er.

As above, dd has had several bad nappies over last few hours and now just vomited. She is obviously v uncomfortable, miserable and listless. She is drinking water .. (the only soft drink I have is coke???) Her temp is 38.2. What do I need to watch for...

Well...one advantage to going to another vet is if you get a better diagnosis and the new vet gives you a statement that the first vet shouldn't have missed it, you can sue for your money back. :)
