Its an interesting dress but its the type of couture that ONLY belongs on the runway I don't like the dress but I think if someone had a really tiny waist it would look a lot better .

I would try a local leather expert.
I had this problem too; tried emailing and phoning the boutique in France and their headquarters and got nowhere .
