Trying to quit chewing im 30 and ive chewed copenhagen fine cut for 15 years. its not easy giving it up. anybody have any good advice or any tricks that helped them quit? or should i just keep chewing?

Did this really stupid thing when caught today, admitted when i was caught out and the inspector says i'll hear from their legal team....now i am scared of being prosecuted. This is my first offence and was done in a stupid moment of madness....
