Hi fellas,
Does anyone have any experience of Krav Maga? Is it good/effective?
Does it include any actual sparring?
I am tempted to go but it is very expensive (£60 for two classes a week).

Some good throws combos, the only good thing I kept....
Good practical applications if you are likely to get knives guns etc pulled on you ie copper etc but probably not all that good for joe blogs as you should really just run.

Krav Maga Who does it, does it work, and is the sparring "full contact"???
I want to get back into a school where I can get my cardio up, learn some skills, and trade some hits.

Krav Maga Anyone ever take formal training in krav maga? I've done BJJ, Muay Thai and boxing since 2004, but am looking at branching off into other avenues. From what I have seen on videos of it, it looks like a style that is taught to be extremely aggressive...

So who on here is part of the brilliance we call Krav Maga? I have been taking it for around 8 years now, easily the best defense system on the planet. I have also been taking BJJ for around 5 years, and filipino kali for 3.

I left Karate about 8mnths ago as i wanted to try a new fighting style and joined Urban krav Maga its awesome I enjoy it and wanted to share with those of you that don't know or never heard of it:

In krav maga or any martial arts? Im lucky i have a good teacher he teaches alot of new things allThat guy is very impressive but he's doing much more than just Krav Maga in this video.
