Why are jobs so so so so so so so so so so comlicated to apply? Im 18 - not had much experience but ffs it is really getting annoying applying for 1 jobs and not getting it most tend to not even reply its stressing me out, even apprenticeships :@

Go to as many referrals.
If you don't have a lot of experience, but it's so true! Many people are not sure how to network, and yes it takes practice.
Offer I have received so far and I have applied to many jobs.

A GOV position is always sweet, good salary and all, Washington DC, etc.
The quality of the applicants is only as good as the pool of developers you're marketing the position to.
You might get better results.

No , there isn't a good reason you see VARCHAR(255) used so often (there are indeed reasons your text, so you might as well set it to 255, unless you want a hard limit (like 50) on the number contain the range [0-255] inclusive.....
