In your Google Apps Calendar, go to Settings->Calendars.
In Google Calendar, you can do so by using iCalendar (Internet Calendar, nothing to do with Apple's iCal application) files.

I did this by enabling POP3 on my Google Apps account, setting it to delete mails when they are retrieved, and then on the GMail account I set it to get the mails from the Google Apps account via should be able to tell it to check the email....
