I attended a very good junior college that sends students to Harvard, Yale, Oxford... I completed 77+ hr (bio 1-2, physics 1-2, chem 1-2, ochem 1-2), earned a 3.7 GPA. (with 3.8 science)
I transferred to The University of Texas at Austin ( BS in Neurobiology...

Since most masters programs offer little that graduated from a 3+2 program where... .
As Plantbottles, it does not trump the undergrad gpa in law school admissions.
They only look at your ugrad one.
They don't even look at the grad school gpa.

As a recent graduate of a CS program, I am looking for my first job. My GPA was not above 3.0 but incredibly close. So should I still put my gpa on my resume, or is it best to leave it out. Also is it best to apply with a resume as a pdf or a doc file...

Put your GPA in your resume.
Go to be people who are annoyed with .doc.
I agree with @jjnquy, the GPA is only a crude measure, and don't worry about it unless they ask.

A lot of changed majors and some other mitigating circumstances have left me with a pretty low GPA. My GPA in the last couple of semesters hasn't been stellar, but my grades have gotten a LOT better.

If you can prove you are a good programmer, you will get hired the interview questions into account a lot more than GPA (but that means you DO have to prove yourself in the interview).
I've found that GPA doesn't matter.

1. My science GPA is higher than cumulative GPA..
Is that a good thing? I think it makes me look nerdy.

2. My minor (Physics) GPA is also higher than my major (Biology) GPA..
