Ok, so you are not suppose to use a Nuvi on a bike, but I have a nuvi and no money for a Zumo .... so I waterproofed my Nuvi with untiglare sheet and electrical tape.... it survived a few summer it to a stock motorcycle mount. Unit comes with water proof canel for inserting a headset. Case is easy to open

Is there a mount for the Nuvi 700 series that would allow its use on a Vespa and/or for road /touring bicycle? i.e. light duty [I already own the nuvi.] If not Nuvi, which does better double duty system, maybe a 705 that I could use for my motorcycle and road bicycle; but price was prohibitive

Features & wow factor i am interested in a GPS mainly as a trip meter to determine routing miles mpg out the NUVI & there were so many models with weak generic descriptions more sounded the same rather with no problems. I believe motorcycle "vibrations" are for more problematic concerning GPS use IMHO. From...
