I use the GPS on long trips there is a difference showing my speedo is slower than the GPS by up navigator as a "speedometer" in the belief it is more accurate than my vehicle speedometer.

I am just getting started geocaching and was wondering if you get a much more accurate compass reading from a handheld GPS unit? I am using the c:geo app on my smart phone and the compass function seems a little erratic...

I bought a two pack of batteries with a stand-alone charger for my LG Thrill for something like $22 on Amazon.com and put them in a small phone case w/belt clip I had for an older smaller phone. They fit in there nice and tight and thisaway I have spare...

I've had several handheld GPS receivers that I mount to the dash of the TJ and here's what I've fail in a Jeep that sees offroad use due to the more extreme environment.
