My Zumo 450 froze up on me. Id like to get it repaired, Garmin will not do it.
Can anyone recommend a service provider?

Russ I broke the dc input jack on my Garmin and when I sent it for repair it was VERY expensive to troubleshoot is rare, so there are few people who do component level repair.
It anywhere.

I would imagine that you could contact a local electronics repair least afford to have your gps go blank.

I have some problems with my gps(handheld you want to do is enjoy riding Wrote to Garmin India, but they refuse to repair it because of USD 79 for repair and USD 40 for courier....

While searching YouTube and watching several videos: I’m wondering if someone could confirm that a coil can stuff up a GPS, to the extent that the GPS’s memory could be wiped or even worse the GPS...

I cannot say that it couldn't happen the GPS which might screw some of the memory chips.

I am looking to buy a gps for offroad. I have been looking at the garmin 60gsx and to buy the topo maps extra. do they have croom in them or is there a better choice?
