I think that a lot of graffiti looks somewhat similar but its the skill of the artist that determines the overall quality Graffiti is vandalism no matter what you think of the art from someone who promotes graffiti....

To some extent.
Edit: I expect that type of lack of caring about other people from someone who promotes graffiti.
Graffiti is vandalism no matter what you think of the art itself, so it is all the same.
