My problem is as follows:
Powerpoint - I am able to open the program, but as soon as I start typing, I will get the error message "powerpoint has stopped working..."
Word - I am able to type and save files, but when I use "smart graphics" or insert pictures...

I personally usually use Pages
instead of Word, but keep Word Office.
But Office has more features.

Given that all versions of Windows and Office including XP and 2003 are EOL (or will be fairly shortly), I do have a question. Why should anyone upgrade to MS Office 2010, especially if one is coming from 2007?
