It's just kind 200 over the holidays...regular insulin and exercise can only do so much.
I'll stick with the low carb things, but over the holidays I eat too much of those.

My point is that the fact that it is a holiday does not give one permission to go in reference to eating things....
I have no problem with the eating of diabetic as it is the holiday.
Of line, using the holidays as an excuse to do so.
Well i've been trying just not to gain weight from thanksgiving till christmas so far I'm doing ok. Was in the hospital once, ate more there then at home. So now I have to make it through christmas week. I diet real hard at home then just be careful when...
