Any suggestions for the best way to do ribs? Obviously there is the ol slab them with BBQ and throw them on the grill. But what is your favorite?
I'm a Baby Ray's guy. I generally suck at doing ribs. Any suggestions for those...

Got one going on the smoker early.
I do briskets much more often than ribs.
Grill, covered, for 10 minutes or until ribs are browned, turning once and brushing on a grill for a few minutes.
Desired consistency.

What do I do with country style ribs?
I have a package I bought because they were on sale and I have never cooked them before. I seem to remember people making them in the crock pot, but I'm not sure. What's the best way?

I think she used spare ribs, but i used country style when i made them.
:) dar has a good recipe in our recipe box .
I just grill them with bbq sauce.

In the style of my previous thread "Epic BBQ Leg of Lamb" I thought I'd share with you my recipe and technique for ribs.
Here's the ribs:
Start by removing the membrane on the back of the ribs. Slide a knife under it to start it and then use a paper towel...

First I moved the ribs to one side of the grill and had pretty neat as well, would be good for a quick rib fix.

When I was in the grocery store on Friday I spotted some short ribs that looked pretty meaty and had some nice marbling, so they were drafted to serve as Saturday's dinner.

I found an interesting recipe for cooking beef ribs that I decided to try. I called for cutting the ribs into 1/3 to 1/2 " slices, marinating them, and then cooking them on a hot grill like a steak. Having cooked beef ribs before I had my doubts about...
