Lately I've noticed my I've been grinding my teeth in my sleep. Girlfriend even said it has been bad. I know it's because of stress: graduation, applying for jobs, naggy girlfriend, mother was just in an accident etc.

My advice is to ignore her when she makes this if she relates teeth grinding it is quite common, both of my older kids used to grind their teeth.

The sound of someone grinding their teeth makes my blood run cold...DH does it in his sleep, all night long. Now LO does it - mostly in the mornings and during his solid feedings. It's horrible!

I need some advice with my 18 month old son grinding his teeth all the time! We have tried teething tablets, frozen teething rings, cold fruits, cereal....nothing seems to soothe it and he just keeps doing it. Suggestions??
