Versa Gripps...are they good? I have not had much luck with the SEARCH function in this forum. Sorry if this topic has been discussed ad nausseum... Has anyone used the Versa Gripps before? How do you like them? Are they better than lifting hooks? I'll be posting this in the misc.... I use gymnastic grips when doing high rep work on a pullup bar, or when doing high rep olympic lifts to help eliminate callus tearing on my hands .
