You can cut back some of the branches that are making it lean to one .
Don't be afraid to prune it either.
Just keep rotating twice a month or so.
No matter what, it's going to grow toward the sun.

They are gross feeders so you do need to feed with half strength Tomato feed or Baby Bio) thanks, i will go out a buy....
It should not need any pruning except to remove any dead leaves and finished flowers.
In flower but less at other times.

We planted 9 Ornamental Pear Trees around 3 months ago. When planted they were fed with Powerfeed and seasol, and then weekly for the first month, and then every 2 weeks until now. Pretty much all of the trees look sick to a degree, but some are far worse...
