Is 14 too old to start gymnastics? I have been dancing tap and jazz for 10 years. I did ballet on and off for a few years. I quit tap and jazz this year and am focusing on ballet. I think that starting gymnastics would really help me become more toned...

If this is how it is by you but over where I live if you join gymnastics they put you in a group depending be a little difficult but if you practice it will become easier.
