Is it unable to send as in you get an error or as in they appear to go but never arrive?
Are you sure the WSA tool is going through SMTPClient, or are you just assuming ... .
It could be lots of things, from credential problems, DNS issues, or...who knows .

I have a .NET webservice running as a windows service on a Windows Server2003 R2 computer. I have a separate .NET/C# 2.0 app running that calls this webservice from elsewhere on our LAN. The webservice has 2 methods - 1 of these method calls works flawlessly...

Dhampyrs are half vampires.
Half Orcs, Half Elves, Half Ogres, etc... have very generic and boring names.
Either make them so extremely rare that you eliminate villages of them or give them an actual racial name.
