She has gotten tired and the Beast (got on clearance disney.com for $5 after Halloween last year) and my 5 month old Halloween.
Little Miss normally tends to pick book characters to be for Halloween.

Parents, why would you let your kids celebrate Halloween, when it glorifies death and evil things?

There is not a single drop of historical evidence to support the belief... .
Because it doesn't.
No, I'm pretty sure Halloween glorifies candy and the kid's that fixed, then we'll talk about Halloween.

Yes yes I know - it's not quite June BUT
The editors are working on the Oct / Nov issue and are looking for pictures of your kids with their halloween themed kitchen creations.
Have any you're willing to share?

Tonight's, Mississippi carved these clever....
Last year we made Mummy Dogs.
Two years ago, we made pizza and cut the cheese out with Halloween cutters.

We went and picked out the kids costumes this week. My 6yr old dd is going to be a silly witch and my 21mo. old son is going to be the Blue M&M. Can't wait to see how cute they look!

OMGosh....
She's going to be a black cat.
Scarlet should be here by Halloween (EDD-10/18, but doc only lets you go over by a week and half) so we are planning on dressing her up for Halloween even though she'll still be too little to go anywhere.

So a question for you - when (if) your kids go trick or treating do you let them eat all of their candy? Do you monitor or try to control it at all? If you don't let them eat it all, what do you do with it? My sister just bought a bunch of her kids candy...

Halloween candy should last until the next candy holiday.
In the cupboard so that it isn't in constant sight .

In our area, we usually have an adult night the weekend before Halloween, as most of the adults have Halloween during the school ....
Well, I don't think we have anything unusual here..Halloween is enjoyed by chlidren and adults both.
