Your symptoms sound identical to mine. I was told that it could be menopause. I also have hypothryoid so they think that there is a link to that and estrogen Talk to your doctor and have a blood test done for thyroid. Good luck.

Numb arms, hands, neck tight, eyes spacey, weird vision, mind this time.
Then my right hand felt, eating healthier and exercising.

The first hands a little makes a big difference! also if your gloves are new/ stiff try losing them up a little.

I'm a 40 yr old female. I too have had numbness on mostly the left side of my face, lips, tongue (sometimes makes it hard to talk), arm and a few fingers for the last 3-4 weeks. Also had bad taste in my mouth I couldn't get rid of, but not so bad now....

My pinkie isn't numb anymore, but it's still very very stiff.
